Maria Elena Bello
Maria Elena Bello, born on April 18, 1967, in America is an actor, producer, writer, and director. Permanent Midnight (1998), Payback (1999), Coyote Ugly ((2000), The Cooler (3), A History of Violence (2004), The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor (2009), Grown Ups (2010) and Prisoners (2013) were a few of her films. On TV, Bello appeared as Dr. Anna Del Amico on the medical drama ER (1997-1998), with additional starring roles, including Lucy Robbins on the series Touch in 2013, as Michelle McBride on the first season of the show Goliath in 2016 and from 2017 to 2021 as Special Agent Jacqueline "Jack" Sloane on the NCIS series. NCIS. Bello was the child of Kathy Bello (a teacher and school nurse) and Joe Bello (a contractor). She was born in Norristown on April 18, 1967. Her field of study was in political sciences at Villanova University. After graduating, Bello honed her acting skills through a variety of New York theater productions. Bello was married to Dan McDermott and has a son named Jackson. Bello wrote about her relationship with Clare Munn in November 2013. She released a book titled Whatever...Love Is love: Questioning the labels we give ourselves (Dey Street Books, April 28 in 2015).
