Lara Logan

 Lara Logan, born 29 March 1971 is a South African radio and television journalist and war reporter. She was a CBS News reporter from 2002 until 2018.60 Minutes' executive producers Jeff Fager and Lara Logan have called her factually incorrect and biased coverage of the 2012 Benghazi attacks "the biggest mistake of my 10 years of watching." She was a part of the Sinclair Broadcast Group in 2019, a conservative media firm. 4] In January of 2020 she joined Fox Nation (a subscription streaming service owned by Fox News). She claimed she was "dumped” by the network in March 2022. Logan was a news reporter for the Sunday Tribune in Durban, during her studies (1988-1989) as well as at the Daily News (1990-1992). In 1992 she joined Reuters Television Africa, primarily as a senior producer. After four years of working for Reuters Television in Africa she moved into freelance journalistic work. She was employed as a reporter/editor/producer at Fox/SKY, Fox/SKY (in London), CBS News, ABC News, NBC News and the European Broadcasting Union. CNN employed her to write about such events as the 1998 United States Embassy bombings in Nairobi, Tanzania and the conflict in Northern Ireland.
